To make it simple, Mr.Maillot’s years, the airline run few more airplanes, few more destinations than now days, with at least 50% less staff !!! To a certain extand a productive operations in some years.
Since post Maillot’s years it is a carrier that totally lost track of reality, mismanagement, and unrealistic strategy, French arrogance brought inn by ex AF senior officer, whom totally miss viewed the reality of
The carrier’s history, track record and devotion to diversified markets.
I am well familiar as well with the group Dubreuille and its chairman fr the aviation sector. Nothing might not be perfect, but they sure conduct a healthy strategy, market oriented, fair in its business ethics and carefull in its commercial strategic maneuvering, viewing a controllable healthy horizon.
A groupe that runs approximately same fleet but with way less staff !!! It must be sending the right message when at the end of the day you declare profits !!!
Strikes nor they are healthy nor they benefit anybody in today’s economy. I don’t believe in it.
Fair negotiation within mutual respect and fair game profit all players at the end of the day.
CRL knows pretty well they are way way overstuffed, unfortunately with incompetence and poor management.
